- Development of S.O.P.'s
- Update and development of residential pre-plans.
- Schedule more in house training and inter agency training.
- Develop an Intern Firefighter Program and Academy
- Reorganize the Firefighter Recruitment and Hiring Program.
- Develop a Firefighter Recruitment Academy
- Develop an in House Engineer Academy
- Develop an in House Officer Academy
- Work on documenting all on and off shift training.
- Increase Inter agency Training.
- Improve the Firefighter and Engineer Probation Program.
- Continue Taking S.F.M. classes both classroom and Hands on.
- Hold S.F.M. approved positions, through classes.
- Obtain Firefighter II and Rescue Systems 1 for all members of the floor staff.
- Increase involvement in B.I.R.G., through inter agency training, in house training, S.F.M.
classes, F step classes, and task books. Obtain rescue equipment through grants.
- More live fire burns, both structure and wildland.
- A.L.S. program.
- Rewrite and reorganize the Volunteer Firefighter Program.
- Maintain a minimum of 3 career personnel on duty every day.
- Increase Department revenue in order to maintain and improve operation.
